All models will be painted to high standards and to customer requirements of how you want the model to look,a period in time,ex works,running weathered,heavy weathering,and made to look as realistic as possible.High Detail work is carried out to all cabs and running gear. Pricing on models will be for the time and detail content put into each commission.( If it looks right, it is right) Full Terms and Conditions (for both parties)written contract is supplied with Proposals and Confirmation of Orders by Post or Email.This ensures the customer gets exactly what has been agreed at the Proposal stage of the contract,also that you have proof of what is involved with the commission. This is the only way for both parties,unlike what you may have read in the railway press that has been happening to models sent to rouge traders. All postage re delivery back to you will be at cost. I will keep customers informed of progress of a commission by email,sometimes its good news,sometimes not so good,I to have delays but you will be informed.
